Toscamar has an American kitchen, good-sized sitting and dining areas, three double bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes. The master and second bedrooms are air conditioned as is the lounge area which also provides air warming/cooling to bedroom 3. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite jacuzzi bath with shower cubicle. The family bathroom also has a shower. There is a private terrace accessed from both the main living area and master bedroom. There is a shared roof-top pool (with shallow area) and tree shaded gardens to the front of the apartments with a newly installed kiddies playground.

Supermarkets, smaller shops, banks and wonderful places to eat are all within a few minutes walk, so a car is really not necessary. The Beniconnect airport transfer shuttle bus stops right in front of the apartment. If you do hire a car then the main town free car park is on the opposite side of the road to the apartment block.
